For more than 18 years, Brittany has dedicated her career to serving seniors along Florida’s Gulf Coast—and she continues to love every moment. Her passion for senior care began in 2007 while interning at an assisted living community in Orlando during her time at the University of Central Florida. There, she saw how community living could bring joy, safety, and a meaningful boost in quality of life to older adults. She went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration in 2008.

Since then, Brittany has held a wide range of roles across the senior living industry. She has served as an Executive Director of an assisted living community and worked as a Marketing and Sales Director across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. She has also guided families and connected local businesses as a Resource Specialist for a senior-focused publication, connecting older adults with vital local resources.

Today, as the founder of Golden Girls Solutions, Brittany brings together her experience and compassion to help seniors and their families navigate life’s transitions with confidence and understanding of the most appropriate care for each individual. Her mission is to make sure every senior receives the support and dignity they deserve.

Outside of work, Brittany finds joy in spending time with her beloved pups, capturing life through videography and soaring the skies with her drone. Coffee is absolutely one of her love languages, and she’s known for her ability to make people laugh and feel at ease.
