Leslie began her career in management consulting, where for more than 20 years she led large-scale corporate transformations across strategy, culture, and change management. Working with leaders in multiple countries and industries, she became known for leading people through periods of transition with clarity, empathy, and respect.

Her work with seniors began long before this new chapter, however, through early years of volunteer service in senior living communities, where she developed a deep appreciation for the wisdom, vulnerability, and life stories entrusted to her. Stepping into senior care advisory allows Leslie to bring together her experience supporting major life transitions with her long-standing commitment to helping people feel seen, supported, and at ease in moments of change.

Outside of work, Leslie is happiest near the water, preferably with her toes in the sand and a good sunset in view. She loves traveling, discovering new art and cultural experiences, and finds balance through fitness and wellness. Quiet beach mornings, long walks, and time spent recharging in nature are a big part of what keeps her grounded and energized.
